You’ll find plenty of ways to spread those creative wings with classes in select shops at Gardner Village. Classes are held throughout the year. However, dates and times may change seasonally so please contact each individual shop to inquire.
THE ART COTTAGE
Create a happy little place here at The Art Cottage. The Art Cottage offers the visual and hands-on experience of art to those of all ages and skill levels. Enjoy classes in watercolor, oil, acrylic, paint nights, workshops, drawing courses, youth camps, children's classes, birthday parties and more creative fun! You'll also find high resolution digitizing and custom framing at Utah's lowest prices.
WILLOW HILL YARN COMPANY
Come for a knitting or crocheting class and leave with more than just new needle-art knowledge. Wind up with new friends here to help and support you as you continue to hone your skills. They offer beginning and advanced classes for adults and children (8 and up) throughout the year along with other specialty classes.
CHOCOLATE COVERED WAGON
Satisfy your sweet tooth with a class from Chocolate Covered Wagon. Playing with food is encouraged in these classes while you learn old-fashioned taffy pulling and decadent candy dipping. You’ll even get a chance to show your artistic side with creative dipping! Chocolate and Candy Classes are offered for all ages and are perfect for youth groups, date nights, and afternoons with the kids. They even offer team-building workshops for corporate events. Classes are held January through August each year.
SIMPLY FLOWERS
Ideas and learning are in full bloom at Simply Flowers. From the art of floral arranging (arrangements, centerpieces, etc.) to crafting stylish seasonal decor elements (wreaths, garlands, etc.), Let's Fleurish® by Simply Flowers workshops teach the ins and outs of design and basic flower care. All supplies are provided for your use in class. All you have to do is come ready to try something new as you grow your creativity and crafting know how. Here's the best part: when your workshop is complete, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor—a gorgeous new piece to display in your home.
