At Gardner Village, we care about the community and the world we live in. As a locally owned and operated business, we support and invest in causes that are important to us by raising money, volunteering time and donating product from our stores.

Community Outreach Projects

2026 COMMUNITY PROJECT: Every day, at least 6,200 children lose their lives to malnutrition. This heartbreaking reality is why Gardner Village is partnering with Feed My Starving Children. We hope to pack 125,000 meals on July 17 & 18, 2026 so we can be part of the solution. Each meal costs just 29-cents, yet provides vital nutrients to help children thrive. Just $106 can feed a child for an entire year, $424 can sustain a family for a year. This is more than a volunteer opportunity; it's a chance to make a real impact with us. Learn about hunger issues, pray for those in need, raise crucial funds and pack life-saving meals at The Gathering Place. We invite you to get involved with all of us here at Gardner Village in this worthwhile community event this year.

Gardner Village has also been involved in the following community projects:

- Conducted annual blood drives with the American Red Cross -
- Donated home furnishings to the Salt Lake Rescue Mission/Women's Shelter -
- Donated bedding for a home makeover with Uplift Mission - View here
- Collected and donated hygiene products and clothing for the Road Home -
- Manage an employee-based relief fund and give money to Gardner Village employees who fall on hardship or tough times -
- Donated new furniture, home accessories and restyled the Pregnancy Resource Center -
- Partnered with Professional Women in Building and HomeAid Utah to raise money for a Diaper Drive -

NEW! RAISE FUNDS FOR YOUR GROUP AT ARCHIBALD'S RESTAURANT

Archibald's Restaurant will host a Community Fund-raising Day for one selected school or organization each month. On a mutually agreed-upon weekday, we will donate 10% of all sales back to your organization when your invited guests present a digital flyer to their server. Find more info here.
