THE GRAND BALLROOM EVENT SPACEThis large and spacious room is ideal for your large wedding or corporate gathering at The Gathering Place. It can seat up to 250 guests at round tables, 350 guests at banquet longs and handle a flowing reception of up to 700 guests. Classroom style holds 150 and 400+ theater style. You may also add our lovely garden for additional space.
The grand ballroom can be broken down into the following configurations to suit your group's needs.
THE CENTER & WEST ROOMS EVENT SPACESThis room is delightful for your event at The Gathering Place. It seats 120 at round tables and can host a flowing-style reception of up to 250 guests. It can also seat 88 classroom style and 100 theater style. The west room also offers additional space in our lovely garden.
THE WEST ROOM EVENT SPACEThis room is located next to the beautiful garden at The Gathering Place. You may seat up to 60 guests at round tables, 44 classroom style and 50 theater style. It is also ideal for board meetings using U-shape or hollow-square seating
THE EAST ROOM EVENT SPACELocated on the east side of the spacious hall at The Gathering Place, it can accommodate up to 60 guests at round tables, 44 classroom style and 50 theater style. It is also ideal for board meetings using U-shape or hollow-square seating.
THE CENTER ROOM EVENT SPACELocated in the center of the spacious hall at The Gathering Place, it can accommodate up to 50 guests at round tables, 80 at banquet longs, 40 classroom style and 40 theater style. It is also ideal for board meetings using U-shape or hollow-square seating.

HOST YOUR WEDDING AT THE GATHERING PLACEHost your wedding ceremony, luncheon, dinner and reception at The Gathering Place. Our skilled events team can help you make the most of your festivities. No detail will be lost as you say, "I Do" and take your walk down the isle.
HOST YOUR NEXT PARTY AT THE GATHERING PLACEHost your next party at The Gathering Place. With a large indoor space that can be sectioned off into four smaller spaces, depending on your party’s size, as well as an intimate patio area (open in warmer months), there are many ways you can customize the space to fit your needs. The possibilities are limitless when you choose to host your event here.
THE GATHERING PLACE RESERVATION INFORMATIONTo make your event a successful one, a final guarantee of attendance must be submitted no later than 72 hours in advance (3 business days) of your event. This is to ensure proper seating arrangements and correct amounts of food. Please see your coordinator to establish room rental charges, as these vary by number of guests and days of the week. A deposit of $500-$1000 is required to book your event. Because of the volume of business and the demand for reservations, deposits cannot be refunded or transferred to another date.
