Hello, dear witches. It's that time again. WitchFest is in sesh! With so many things to see and do, we know planning your high-hat adventure can feel a bit daunting. Fortunately, we have your spell for The Best WitchFest. With this agenda, you'll make the most of this memorable season without missing one moment of magic. Let's get to it!
Your potion for The Best WitchFest calls for the following ingredients:
Ingredient No. 1: Breakfast with a Witch at The Gathering Place
We all know that even witches should start their day with a healthy breakfast. What better way than this memorable event. Get your tickets here.

Ingredient No 2: Witch Displays, Games, & Photos
From the free Witch Displays and coordinating Scavenger Hunt to photo ops galore, there is much to do as you wander with the witches throughout The Village.

Can your family find every witch in our Witch Scavenger Hunt? Click here to print a copy of the quest and before your board your broom and head this way.
Perhaps you left your scavenger hunt form at home or you’re more of a digi witchy. Simply view the clues from your phone.
As you work to find each elegant lady, don’t forget to strike a pose with a green nose. This is a perfect spot for memorable Halloween photos!
Speaking of Halloween photos… Say “stinky cheese!” If you love WitchFest photos, the VW Photo Bus rolls into town October 5, 12, and 19, 2024 from 5-9pm. You’ll find it parked outside Camera Shy, and you don’t even need an appointment. If you're real lucky, a black cat just might pop in to photobomb!

Ingredient No. 3: Stores Galore
We witches might be bias, but this is possibly the best time to buy local at The Village. Our shops are loaded with witch attire to get you ready for Witches Night Out, as well as the latest in haunting home décor, tricks, and, of course, treats!

Plus, many of our shops have special WitchFest make-and-takes happening this month!

Those pointed shoes can do a number on the toes and your many night flights aboard the broom can wreak havoc on the hair. Soulstice Day Spa & Salon is here to help with witchy hair & nail specials going on now.

Ingredient No. 4: Playtime at Ricochet Canyon & The Train Shoppe
The wee witches are in for a magical treat at Ricochet Canyon amusement park. With the beautiful weather we’re seeing this fall, it’s a great time to ride the rides and cackle the afternoon away.

Don’t forget to stop at The Train Shoppe for a ride on the Witch Express or hop on a tractor-pulled wagon ride. Beyond the broom, these are the best ways to see Gardner Village in its full witch glory. Seats are available for witches of all ages.

Ingredient No. 5: Cackling Cantina Lunch Break
All this play leaves a witch hungry. While there’s no siesta at this fiesta, there is plenty of grub to grab. It should leave you feeling recharged and ready for more. Stop by Archibald's Restaurant when you're ready to dine and unwind at Cackling Cantina on the Mill Plaza.

Ingredient No. 6: Test Your Witch Wisdom
Test your puzzle-solving skills at Witches of Mystic Manor Escape Room at A Great Escape. Sorry, but all wands will have to be checked at the door. No cheating is allowed.

Ingredient No. 7: Brake for Cake
Nothing like a cake break, and Archibald’s Restaurant is where it’s at. They serve up a mean slice of pumpkin cake this time of year. We know how you witches love to gorge on the gourd.

Ingredient No. 8: Witchapalooza Dinner Theater
Time to tickle the ol’ funny bone and enjoy a bite to eat. Our cauldron is cooking up a magical meal at The Gathering Place. While you dine, take in a show and cackle the night away. Get tickets here.

Ingredient No. 9: Witches Night Out
It’s the social event of the season and you’re invited! Grab your pointy dancing shoes and prepare to dance the night away with DJs Russ and Morgan Powell. Our Gardner Village witches will be there to greet you and lead the family costume parade at 5:15 and then the ladies parade at 8pm. Plus, sales are in full swing with extended shopping hours, hag swag is awarded to lucky prize winners, and so much more! This party is free. Grab your ghouls and get your witch on!

Witches Night Out is October 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2024 from 5-9 pm.
Believe it or not, there are even more ingredients you can add to this Best of WitchFest potion. Find full WitchFest details here and join us at Gardner Village soon. We’ll leave you with a few final details to help you plan your trip(s):

Event Dates & Parking Details
