CF Home is undergoing a remodel. Gardner Village's three-story flagship store, located in the historic Gardner Mill, is closing off its lower shopping level (more on why that is in a min.). Because the store is losing some real estate, inventory needs to go. This means MAJOR markdowns on the lower level, including the complete line of gorgeous rugs, which are marked down as much as 75% off!

A BRIGHT NEW DESIGN SPACE
Did you know nearly every sofa, sectional, and chair in CF Home can be customized with fabric of your choosing? As part of this remodel, the CF Home Design Center is getting a brand new (and bright!) home on the upper level of the store. The space is bright and full of natural light, making it an ideal spot to choose your perfect patterns and prints. In fact, new windows were added just for this purpose. Take a look at the transformation.

WHERE'S THE SPACE GOING?
Why is CF losing its lower level? To better serve you! Gardner Village is often asked for more events space and room to host larger parties. In order to make that happen, CF's lower level is going to be turned into added Archibald's Restaurant space, specifically for special events and gatherings. It will even include an elegant bridal suite. We'll keep you updated on the changes as they happen. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the benefits of clearance pricing at CF Home.
