WOODLAND FAIRY FESTIVAL FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

There are no general admission or parking fees to visit the Woodland Fairy Festival at Gardner Village. Some of the activities (Fairy Displays, A to Z Fairy Quest, Saturday Parades at Spoiled Rotten Children's Boutique, Find Your Fairy Name, Wishing Bridge and iSpy Fairy Island) are free to enjoy. However, some optional activities and events do require a ticket or have a fee.
There are no admission fees to visit Gardner Village during the Woodland Fairy Festival. Some activities require ticket purchases like the fairy escape room adventure, Fairy Tea Parties, Summer Art Camps, an all-new Fairy Academy or a relaxing day with fairy-themed spa services at the spa.

NOTE: If you visit during WitchFest, we hire ABM Parking to manage our parking lots efficiently. Once WitchFest begins, there will be a $10 per car parking fee every Thursday, Friday and Saturday during October 2026.
Dressing up in your fairy finery is encouraged but not mandatory. Some of our shops sell wings, tutus, wands and festive jewelry.

Visit, call or text our Management office at 801.566.8903. Staff is available between 10am and 4pm, Monday-Friday. The Management office is located in the red barn at the north end of the property. Enter through the west door.
Dogs are welcome on the grounds at Gardner Village, but please keep in mind that not everyone is comfortable around animals. If you choose to bring your dog to The Village, we ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure that everyone is safe: Dogs must be kept on a short, non-expandable leash. Keep your dog under control and by your side at all times. Keep dogs away from produce, plants and other food products on the grounds and inside the restaurants. Kindly come prepared to clean up after your dog.
No outside food allowed in our pavilion area. No outside food or drink allowed in our stores. On-site restaurants and food for purchase are available at Archibald's Restaurant and Happy Camper Deli and Bakery. Both are delicious. You can find candy at the Chocolate Covered Wagon and gelato at The Art Cottage.

Gardner Village requires a fee for all professional portraiture taken in, around or on the Gardner Village property. All professional photographers, and any person who is being paid for their photography services that is not affiliated with an event held in our venues, will need to follow this policy and pay a fee. You may be photographed or included in digital media clips/streams taken during events and festivals at Gardner Village. By visiting Gardner Village you give Gardner Village and its associated event venues located at Gardner Village the universal and irrevocable right to use your name, voice, likeness and depictions in connection with the promotion of the events at Gardner Village in any manner and any medium whatsoever (including, but not limited to, promoting future events on social media and blog posts).
Gardner Village offers a couple wheelchairs for guests to borrow during their visit. They’re available on a first-come, first-served basis during business hours from the management office or from Down to Earth, located in the big red barn on the north end of the property.
