OUR PRICING

  • Designer pricing varies based on yearly purchases and is evaluated annually.

    $0 -$15,000 annual sales:
    Accessories and rugs - 25% off regular price.
    Furniture - 35% off list price.

  • Over $15,000 annual sales:
    Discounts on furniture, accessories and rugs vary by vendor and are up to 50% off Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price.

  • Designers receive an additional 5% off clearance furniture, rugs, bedding and accessories.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Submit application and supporting documents.
    • Current business license.
    • Business card for each purchasing designer.
    • Utah Tax Exemption form 721-C, including resale tax ID.
  • You will be notified of your account status within 5 business days of application submission.
  • If you need to source products at full price during the application process, please request a refund for the discount difference within 10 days of purchase.
