Gardner Village Blog At last, Wee Witches Weekend is here!
Tuesday Oct 11 2016

Don't let this pic fool you. The Gardner Village Witches really do have a fondness for the wee witches. So much so, in fact, that they've got a whole weekend of fun planned for the youngsters.

Wee Witches Weekend

Who: You, your Wee Witches, and our cast of cacklers

What: Plenty of play fun, including Six Hags Witches Adventure, Breakfast with a Witch, visits with our Witches favorite animal friends at The Farm, Spell School at Spoiled Rotten, face painting, Witch scavenger hunts, wee witches parades, Wee Witches Activity Garden with crafts and storytelling, and more!

When: October 20, 21 & 22, 2016

Let's cast a shortcut spell, shall we? From now on, we'll refer to Wee Witches Weekend as WWW. No, it's not the World Wide Web, though you could find yourself caught up in a web of different variety at this fun event.

Here's a look at the WWW fun happening this weekend!

Six Hags Witches Adventure

The Witches have a playground of possibilities waiting for you at Six Hags Witches Adventure.

Where else can you visit our Witches Gardner Village home, swim in a candy corn pool, bounce on a ginormous pillow, and climb on frogs?

Breakfast with a Witch

Soup's on! The Witches have been busy in the kitchen, brewing up a delicious buffet of delights to share with you. Eyeball platter, anyone?

Come in your pointiest of hats and best dancing shoes. This interactive event is your chance to dance and dine the morning away with the whacky Witches.

You never know, you just might be summoned to cross the stage in front of your witch pack. There are many fun games played at this party!

It's a star-studded event, complete with an autograph sheet so the kiddos can collect signatures as the Witches come by to visit.

Don't forget those cameras! Even the lobby of The Gathering Place is loaded with awesome photo ops.

Pick your seats and purchase Breakfast with a Witch tickets here.  Tickets must be purchased in advance and are nearly sold out. Tickets go on sale each year beginning August 1st.

School of Spells

Don't forget those wands. School of Spells is now in session at Spoiled Rotten Children's Boutique. This free 15-minute class is offered every Friday and Saturday in October between the hours of 2 and 5 PM. (No reservation required.)

Witch Scavenger Hunt

Your friends will be green with envy if you can spot all of our witch displays. And you will be delighted, as all children under 12 get a cookie for $.50 at Naborhood Bakery with each completed Scavenger Hunt form. Yum! Get your free form here and print ahead of time before you arrive.

And more!

Here's a look at the complete list of activities during WWW (Oct. 21, 22, & 23)

* Wandering Witches (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Meet one of the Gardner Village Witches at Center Court. Great photo opp!

* Wee Witches Parade (12:30 PM & 4:30 PM)

Wee witches and warlocks (age 12 and under) can join Lucinda and her Sister Witches for a parade across the main stage at Center Court.

* Wee Witches Activity Garden (1:00 PM to 7:00 PM)

Storytelling, photos, and crafts with a Witch on the patio of The Gathering Place (next to Down to Earth).

* Food and Potions

Enjoy a delicious meal at Naborhood Bakery or Archibald's Restaurant and fill one of the popular souvenier mugs with Coke, Diet Coke, or any other potion you want to mix up. While supplies last.

* Petting Zoo & Pony Rides

Give that broomstick a rest and let the darling ponies take your kiddos on a tour of The Village. While you're at it, check out the other rescue animals at The Farm. They always love seeing a good witch fashion show stroll through.

* In-store Activities

Many of the Gardner Village shops have brewed up special suprises for your wee ones. From face painting, glittery spider eyes, and witchy hair/nails to special Halloween treats, pumpkin painting, and wand crafts, there's magic around every turn for the kiddos. While the old hags with them... errr... their young, gorgous chaperones will enjoy scary-good deals and sales.

Which Witch?

Now, let's take moment to get to know more about the tricky witchies who call Gardner Village home.

Your HATtitude

Thanks for sharing your witch stuff with us on social media. We love seeing your posts and receiving your emails (marketing@gardnervillage.com). Keep the posts and pics coming using #gardnervillagewitches, #hattitude, #gardnervillage and #findawitch. We've got our eye of newt on you and want to share your Village shenanigans.

These witches swapped their pointed shoes for some seriously stylish boots. What a cute couple! Thanks for posting, @briellestarr!

All dolled up and ready to fly. Lookin' good, ladies! We're sure glad you shared your #tbt fun with us, @merfairycelestiapearl! Here's hoping we see all of you again this year. :)

Looks like one too many witches dipped their candy corn-filled feet in the Six Hags pool. Eeep! At least it makes for a fun Halloween photo op. Isn't the shot from this perspective cool? Thanks for sharing life through your lens, @wonderwomna!

See You at Wee Witches Weekend!

Wee can't wait to see your youngsters at WWW soon. In the meantime, you can reserve Breakfast with a Witch tickets here.

Cheers!
Masterful Hoeppner (bwahahahahahaha!)
