Rise Bakery at Gardner Village

Rise at Naborhood Bakery at Gardner Village is owned by Christine Mason, a first generation American of Polish heritage. Originally from Chicago, Christine has longed for foods that remind her of her babcia's (grandmother's) dinner table and the Polish markets and bakeries that she would frequent as a child. Rise looks to share a little piece of Polish culture and the warm flavors of the Polish cuisine with our neighbors here in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Yum!
