Archibald's Restaurant at Gardner Village opened its doors in 1990 and was named after Archibald Gardner, an early Utah pioneer who was instrumental in the early years of Utah's settlement. Archibald built the original flour mill and silo in which you'll dine. The mill was built in 1877, it's listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a local historic site.
