The main ingredient of our local Salt Lake area restaurant began over 130 years ago, when Archibald Gardner -- truly a "mover and shaker" of his day -- built this flour mill. Archibald was one of the original Mormon pioneers to homestead the Salt Lake Valley. Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building is home to Archibald's Restaurant and CF Home at Gardner Village.
At Archibald's, you'll find a menu designed with care, imagination and flavor as timeless as old Archibald.
